Personal Training Classes

If classes aren’t what you are looking for or you have specific skills you would like to improve, we offer private and semi-private custom training sessions. Your custom training program can focus on: Weight Loss, Cardio & Endurance Performance, CrossFit, Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Sport-Specific, or whatever you want & need to reach your goals.

We also offers sport-specific training to athletes of all ages ranging from middle school students to professional athletes.

All Personal Training clients will start with a free phone consultation to go over your goals and the type of training/programming you are looking for.

Weight Loss

We’ll provide you with support and accountability in your nutrition program to help promote weight loss.

Strength

Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. Having more lean muscle means your body burns more calories at rest.

Cardio

The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training. Cardio helps you burn fat, burn calories, improves BMI, and helps control blood pressure. It helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 20 minutes of cardio a day is recommended.

Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

Do I have to be fit to join?
What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
